I am excited to announce that I now have a wonderful new publisher for my series the UNITY OBJECTIVE, formally called HIDDEN WORLD. I have joined Passion-Publications family and look forward to working with them to introduce this series, and the current series I am working on that I named THE RENEGADE WRITERS CLUB Series. Dear World,

I have decided that the only way to get myself noticed in the publishing world is to do something a little unorthidox, a bit shocking, but also a whole lot of fun!  I'm calling out the publishing world.

The way I see it,  because with the introduction of E-books, tablets, and all the different ways you can now read books, and the fact that now Authors can actually publish their work without having an Agent or a traditional publishers, Agents, publishers, and brick and morter books stores are being phased out, because they are simply not needed any longer. Authors like myself are turned down every single day by Agents and Publishers simply because instead of judging the story we have to tell, they judge us by our Query letters. For those who are not in this industury a Query letter is a very short letter that introduces your story to Agents and Publishers. These people read just one or two chapters before tossing our hard work into the reject pile. This isn't fair! This isn't just! This isn't even logical! Some very good stories are just tossed aside and rejected just because they don't interest THAT reader. They don't ask themselves if the story would be of interest to the readers outside of their office. Or if the story is of commercial value (something that you think would be important to them), NO! They don't.

Well, I am rebelling against them. I am tired of the scams out there that prey on writers only wanting their money and waisting writers time. I'm tired of the Publishers and Agents who try to break the spirt of inspiring writers, causing them to give up their dream, and even worse, to become so disillusioned they stop writing altogether. And, I am tired of trying to figure out what Publishers and Agents want. We are loosing great writers, and great stories!

Well, I am not going to let them break my spirt. I am not going to let them make me give up on my dream. I'm not going to let them tell me my story isn't good enough! Because I know it is. I tried of doing it their way. I'm not going to them anymore and taking their abuse. Now, I'm going to make them come to me! So, I published my series Hidden World myself. I gave up on them, I didn't give up on me. I believe no one should ever give up on a dream. And don't ever give up on yours no matter what it is. Dreams are important!

My dream is to write and that is just what I did, and I would love to share it with the world. My story is the Hidden World series which is a science fiction, action adventure, story filled will mysteries, fun, family, danger, secrets, and revelations that will thrill you and make you think about the world around you. The two teenage hero's J.R and Helaina are unique in every way, and so is their family. They have to keep unimaginably shocking secrets, master their new super hero like skills, and build a mysterious, but powerful machine. A machine that will help them fight mother nature, dangerous and unpredictable enemies, and take them on extraordinary journeys of adventure, and help them stop Earths demise.

Aren't you tired of Hollywood and the constant stream of remakes because they can't find anything orignal? Are you tired of having stories about Vampires and Zombies take over our minds? How about something different that won't give our children nightmeres? How about a story you would love to share with your kids? A story that will let them think about our world in new ways? Now lets have some fun with all those dream killers out there. The Publishers and the Agents who are locked in offices all around the world and want you, the public, to read only what they think you should read. Let's rebell together! I want everyone who reads this on Facebook, Twitter, or on my blogg, to retweet, reblog, resend this to everyone they know. Let's rebel! Let's get their attention. Give Authors, like myself a voice. Let them know you want to read something that is new, fresh and entertaining. That we want our children to read stories again. We want stories that will make this new generation of computer, tablet, and phone users, to become excited about picking up books again.

I would apprieciate it if you would take a look at my series and let your children, teens, and even yourself enjoy my tale. But more than that, I want to show the world there is more than one way to make dreams come true. You just have to be determined, and creative, and not let anyone stop you.

THE WORLD OF PUBLISHING CAN BE A ROLLER COSTER RIDE

In my years of writing my series, HIDDEN WORLD, and trying to get it out in the world I have learned many things. The first is that even if you have a story that will set the world spinning around you it is hard to convince publishers and agents that you have something that is very marketable. Thank you Gilbert Literary Agency for taking me on and having faith in my work. I learned that because of the availability of Authors now having the tools at their fingers to publish their own e books and take their careers in their own hands that traditional publishers, both small and large have to be more selective about what projects they feel worthy of their time. I understand. It took me five years to get my wonderful agent. I've have read a few e books, some good, some bad. The good one's I can't understand why traditional publishers turned them away, and the bad one's, well that was obvious, yet they still made some money from their work. (Which every artist, performer, writer, and creative heart deserves to do even if their work wasn't their best). You would think that when a Author with such a creative mind, a huge heart, and fighting determination come's along with something that could make the world of reading an exciting possibility for everyone from 5 to 105 like never before they would notice. I'm still waiting for Publishers to get out from behind their desk and see what is happening out in the world. J.K Rowling’s Harry Potter series was huge, the vampire series was huge and got young people reading, but that was a few years ago now. Everything that has come out has only had marginal success, but nothing like those two series. There are no new ideas, even Hollywood has ran out of material making remakes, or adding on to stories that had success in the past. Kids have put down the books, and the young people who I have spent time with tell me that there was nothing new that got their interest. I spent 400 dollars and printed out the first book of the Hidden World Series for 50 young teens, and just let them read it, then return the copy to me. The age of the kids were from 10 to 19 and everyone of them fully enjoyed the story and were excited to see where it would go. I even got their suggestions on where the story should head. I self published the first of the series for a few months on WATTPAD and GOODREADS and the reviews were heart warming and made my spirit rise. Since then I now have 5 installments of the series written, and still no Publisher. But I haven't lost hope, and I am determine as ever, and I have faith that my agent will find a publishing home soon. And I am positive that the story would something that Hollywood might be interested in also. But I will continue to write, and read to anyone who will listen to my story because I know that what I have created, the world I have created, is a special place, and that soon the world will know of my HIDDEN WORLD and will want to join me as the adventures continues for the Unity Family.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

Last night I finished the rough draft of part 5 of THE UNITY OBJECTIVE series.

The name of this on will be THE UNITY OBJECTIVE, GUARDIANS OF THE MACHINE

All I have to do is the editing which should take me about two or three weeks. In this

installment of the series there is more magic, more surprises, more adventure, and more

action to keep my young hero's on their toes. This morning I heard from a publisher in

London who might be interested in publishing my work. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I mean who wouldn't love teenagers with a time machine, magic coins, and gadgets,

and super powers, who just happen to be aliens, and who want to save Earth?

A SPECIAL HELLO!

Hello, I have noticed that I have a few friends in Brazil that periodically visit this site. I just want to say thank you. Everyday I work hard, and wait for a publishing company to see what a fantastically original, fun, and exciting story I have. A story that gets the reader to think about the world we live in, in a whole different way. A story with twist and turns that surprises and delights. A story that takes every story we have seen, or heard and turns it upside down and sideways, and inside out. A story with , heart, and values that everyone from 4 to 104 would enjoy reading, and sharing with others. This story, this series can be the next big thing since Harry Potter, but no one will let me in that door. I now have Gilbert Literary Agency working to get me into that door, take a chance on a story that, for a change is different and worth telling.  If any of you know of such a publisher please tell them about my series.
